For CEOs & transitioning CTOs · Bounded · Hands-on
Longer-term engagement
When the migration point is real—but the decision you need is still buried in the work.
This is where I go deep on your company and the business plan—not generic advice, but the real line between what you ship, who you hire, and how revenue moves. Longer-term by design so the work sticks; I only take one or two of these at a time.
Use the fit call to name the chapter you are in—revenue, hiring, architecture, or GTM—and whether a bounded deep-dive is the right lever. No pitch deck required.

Who it fits
CEO or CTO in transition—technical, org, or go-to-market—when guessing wrong is expensive
What this looks like
I come in and work hands-on with your teams on experimental projects when you need a very specific migration point—technical, organizational, or go-to-market—and the cost of guessing wrong is high. The work is designed to surface the decision you have been circling, not to add another layer of process.
Beginning, middle, and end
Longer-term does not mean open-ended. These run long enough for the work to stick—usually tied to revenue, hiring, or a large company initiative—with named phases, exit criteria, and a handoff story investors can follow. We sequence the riskiest parts early and keep scope honest so momentum does not turn into drift.
Who it is for
Most often the CEO or the CTO who is transitioning a team—new chapter, new architecture, new bar for execution—and needs an outside perspective that still ships. You get someone who can sit with the ambiguity long enough to be useful, without pretending to be a permanent line on the org chart.
Why only one or two at a time
Depth needs attention. If I am spread across half a dozen “fractional” relationships, I am not doing this kind of work well. The limit is the product: when I am in, I am in for real until we hit the handoff you planned for.
