How it works
Start with a free 15-minute fit call—no pitch deck required. We decide if a time-boxed review is the right move and what I would need to see. If you proceed, paid kickoff locks scope and access (read-only where possible). I review how you actually build and ship—tools, integrations, who carries the pager, and where exceptions pile up. One working session mid-flight if needed. By the end of the two-week window you have the write-up; the engagement does not stay open-ended.
What this is not
Not implementation work, not a standing retainer, and not a slide deck for its own sake. If you need hands-on build or ongoing advisory, we pick a different format after this review.
